Mobile Notary Services in Brighton, Hove, Mid-Sussex and surrounding areas

Notarial services are often required for documents used abroad. Common examples are preparation of certified copies of Passports and Educational Certificates, witnessing of Powers of Attorney and Parental Consent for child travel.  For more details of services provided please see the services page.

Organisations you are dealing with will usually prepare the documents themselves and send to you for signature in the presence of a Notary. Alternatively, they may give you a list of their requirements and it is important all guidelines and instructions should be brought to my attention to ensure the notarised documents are in accordance with such requirements.

I will need to see the person requiring the notarial services in person to verify their identity, discuss the service required and to witness their signature (if appropriate). Whilst I offer mainly home based appointments, some meetings may be available in a Hove office. Evening and weekend home visits may also be available.
